Duties and Taxes
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

DOMESTIC:

- First Class USPS: 3-5 Business Days

- Priority Mail USPS: 2-3 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL:

- FedEx International Economy with Tracking: Usually arrives within 2 weeks. 

- USPS First Class Mail with Tracking: Usually arrives within 21 business Days. 

For international packages shipping through USPS, when the tracking/reference link shows that the package has arrived at the destination country, it doesn’t necessarily mean it has been “Delivered”. It only means that the package has arrived at your local post office and is waiting for the final delivery. We suggest contacting your local post office immediately once the package has arrived at your destination country. Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipment. On some occasions, the tracking number might take up to 24 hours to be updated in the shipping company’s system. If the tracking number does not show up after 72 hours, please contact us at RiffleShuffle.com@gmail.com with your order number.

If the shipping method you selected during checkout is “WITHOUT Tracking”, we do not have a tracking number for your order. However, we would be happy to provide you with a reference number of your package from our warehouse. Please contact us at RiffleShuffle.com@gmail.com with your order number.

Although this is unlikely, we will occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. We will contact you immediately with an explanation, should order cancellation be necessary.

Riffle Shuffle reserves the right to cancel any order.

The Reference Number is NOT a Tracking Number, and it does not show the full tracking details from start to end. Once the package has arrived in your country, you can reach out to your local postal office with this reference number, and it might help them to identify the status of your package.

If you receive a deck of playing cards that isn't what you expected, you're welcome to send it back to us for a full refund or exchange. Just refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for a detailed information to see if you are eligible to return a package.

 - USPS First Class Mail WITHOUT Tracking: Usually arrive within 30 business days. *International packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs. As a result, Riffle Shuffle CANNOT be held responsible for any lost or stolen international packages.*

While we try our best to pack every order correctly, mistakes can happen. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please email us at RiffleShuffle.com@gmail.com and provide us with an image of the item received and your order number. DO NOTopen any items that you believe are incorrect. An opened item, even if incorrectly mailed/received, may be rejected for exchange or credit.

While we try our best to pack every order sufficiently to handle transit, in some cases, damage will occur to items in your shipment due to various reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you let us know as soon as possible of the damage. Any damage claims made on an order must be submitted via email to RiffleShuffle.com@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the package. Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged items and packaging.

In the event the damage is caused by you or your postal service negligence, we reserve the right to refuse sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Any claims made after 7 days from receiving the product will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement. Also, do not discard the damaged item. You may be asked to return the damaged item prior to receiving a replacement or reimbursement. 

When a package is imported from the USA to your country, your government may decide that you need to pay duties and taxes. In most countries, imports need to be declared, i.e. a description, quantity and value of the imported goods have to be provided to local customs authorities so that duties and taxes can be assessed. Import duty is a tax that the importer has to pay to bring foreign goods into his or her country.

These charges are controlled by your government, Riffle Shuffle has no LEGAL way to prevent these charges from being incurred.

Once orders have left our warehouse, Riffle Shuffle cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance. In the event of a replacement being mailed, Riffle Shuffle reserves the right to mail the replacement via any shipping method available.
