Refund policy

Any item that is defective may be replaced within 30 days of purchase after return and inspection. Please contact us at riffleshuffle.com@gmail.com and we will walk you through the process. If the item is deemed defective after inspection a replacement will be sent. If the item is sold out a refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective upon inspection in which case the replacement will be sent with free shipping.
